Jørgen Frøkiær

Jørgen Frøkiær is Head of Department and Clinical Professor at the Department of Clinical Medicine at Aarhus University. Jørgen has many years of experience as a research leader with a strategic and international focus. In addition, he holds numerous positions of trust within the research community.

Vice Chairman

Thomas Stokholm

Thomas Stokholm is a Creative Director, journalist, and author focusing on everyday life topics. Thomas is also the father of a son who has struggled with gambling addiction.

Anne Mette Thorhauge

Anne Mette Thorhauge is an Associate Professor at the Department of Communication, University of Copenhagen. Her research areas include computer games, digital media consumption, and the platform economies that underpin them. She served as Chair of the Danish Media Council for Children and Young People from 2013 to 2019.

Per Fink

Per Fink is Professor and Senior Consultant at Department of Functional Somatic Disorder at Aarhus University Hospital. His research focuses on functional somatic disorder, including functional somatic syndromes and health anxiety.

Thomas Marcussen

Thomas Marcussen is the Head of the Research Clinic for Gambling Addiction at Aarhus University Hospital. Thomas is an experienced clinical psychologist with a focus on the development and quality assurance of gambling addiction treatment. In recent years, he has been involved in several research and prevention projects.

Christian Møller Dahl

Christian M. Dahl is Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics, University of Southern Denmark. Christian leads the research group Big Data Analytics and Digitization. His research interests cover a wide range of topics within statistics, econometrics, and machine learning.

Søren Kristiansen

Søren Kristiansen is Vice Dean at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Aalborg University. His research has focused, among other things, on gambling careers among young people, risk perception and gambling behavior, as well as gaming/gambling convergence. He is currently involved in research on gaming-related cybercrime.
