New research publication from early funding recipient
We are pleased to announce the publication of a new peer-reviewed paper emerging from one of the first research projects supported by the Danish Problem Gambling Committee. The study represents an important contribution to the field of problem gambling research and reflects our commitment to advancing high-quality, evidence-based knowledge.
The newly published paper, Internet-based versus synchronous cognitive behavioral therapy for gambling disorder: Study protocol for a non-inferiority randomized controlled trial, authored by Aarhus University, Aarhus University Hospital, and University of Calgary, outlines a non-inferiority randomized controlled trial comparing the effectiveness of “SpilleFri”, an asynchronous therapist-guided internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy program, with individual synchronous CBT delivered in-person or via video for adults with gambling disorder.
We congratulate the research team on this achievement and invite you to read the publication HERE.
